For companies needing 500+ accounts, we strongly recommend a dedicated e-mail server. With a dedicated server, you have the option to maintain your user's passwords, quotas, and deletions. We have internet software that we install on the server allowing for your designated admin to administer users from their browser. Of course, if you would rather not manage the accounts, we will do that as well. All dedicated servers come with Spam filters, Content filters, Backups, High speed access, and Tech support.
