
Renewals
We have moved all billing to our automated online billing system in order to provide you more reliable
billing reminders, access to your plan information and renewal dates, and easy access to both credit card
and PayPal payments. We also continue to accept payment by check or money order (US$ drawn from a US bank).
This is only a change of the billing system -- there is no change to your services or the charges for
your account or how you use your email.
STEP 1: Log in to our new system
Please log in to online system to verify your information and complete your renewal payment. The billing
system uses a different login than your email account. For your first login to the billing system, please
reset your password by visiting our password recovery page:
http://www.prxy.com/password
You may use the second option "I know my email address..." with the Usermail.com address where you
received your renewal invoice notification. You will receive an email back with your user name and a
confirmation link. After visiting the link to confirm you requested a new password, you'll receive a
second email with your temporary password. You'll change your password the first time you log in.
After you log in, please click "Edit Your Profile" in the menu on the left. Verify and update your
information. If you'd like to allow us to provide password resets or billing info to an alternate
address, please add it as a "Secondary Email Address." Click "Submit" at the bottom to save any updated
information.
STEP 2: Combining accounts?
If someone else is responsible for payment of your account, you may give them the billing system
login after you set the password, and they may update the profile with their contact information and
email address.
If you are responsible for multiple accounts, please contact us and let us know which
addresses you are responsible for, and we'll put them all in the same account as your own address.
We'll also give you the option to prorate your renewals to shift them all to the same renewal date so
you may complete this and future renewals with a single payment.
STEP 3: Making your payment
You'll see a yellow banner when you log in if you have invoices open and ready to pay. Please click
the link on this yellow banner to see your invoices and make payments. You may pay by credit card,
PayPal, or check (US$ drawn from a US bank, mailed to our PO Box).
You may make a one-time payment, or leave a credit card on file or purchase credits on our system
to make these recurring payments automatically.
What else can I do?
The new system lets you review your services and renewal dates, as well as invoices and payments
going forward. After you log in, your account information is shown in the center of the web page.
Click the "Recent Transactions" tab to see invoices and payments. At the bottom under "Package
Information" click "View/Edit" next to "Email/Web hosting plans in your account" to see your
Usermail.com service.
