November 16, 2011: Temporary certificate issue for users that have been moved to usermail.prxy.com. You may avoid the security warnings by using webmail at https://secure.prxy.com and logging in using your full email address as the user name. We expect the problem to be resolved within 6 hours.

I am nearing the end of my 30 day trial period. Where do I go to pay my $19.95 yearly fee?

How much space am I allowed?
There is a soft limit of 512 MB for each account.
Note: this will become a hard limit of 1GB with additional storage upgrades available on our new server.
What is the size limit on attachments?
15 MB
Note: this will increase to at least 50 MB on our new server.
How do I change my password?
Please visit the account management area at http://www.usermail.com/myaccount.htm.
Note: if you have been moved to our new server, please change your password in Webmail under the Preferences tab, near the top of the General section.
What does Usermail do in order to prevent spam?
Usermail.com has recently updated the spam filtering for usermail.com to an upgraded version of our Spamblock service. This service performs a number of different types of analysis to identify and filter spam and block viruses. For more information please see the Usermail Spamblock Support page.
How do I setup Outlook Express?

Why am I getting an error when trying to send mail?
There are a few ISP's that do not allow access to a third party SMTP server. Prodigy and many of the free ISP's are examples of this. If this is the case, you can use your ISP's SMTP server to send or configure your client to send over port 2525.
When I try to log in to my account I get a "Password does not match" error, why?
Make sure to use lower case letters for your username when logging in. For example if your account is Support@usermail.com, your username would be: support
Keep in mind though that you password is Case Sensitive!
